The location was excellent right in the heart of Pisa. Some staff were exceedingly helpful. Veiw from room lovely. Price very reasonable, would gladly pay more for

My bed collapsed during the night, (I am not very heavy) The room was a little dirty. One member of staff when we arrived was not very nice. No water in room after long journey to get there. Fridge leaking Would rather pay more and have things working and clean.

Organizzazione disastrosa, check-in previsto per le 15: nessuno presente fino alle 15:40 ,dalle 19 in poi non è presente il portiere!!! La struttura presenta ampie zone fatiscenti andrebbe ristrutturato seriamente, sembra più un ostello malmesso, posizione ottima
