The place is located in a wonderful small hamlet just outside of San Gimignano. As a historical building it was exactly what we wanted for our stay in Tuscany. Location is beautiful with wonderful historical building covered in jasmine that makes the entire place smell wonderful. They have a great courtyard where you can enjoy a glass of wine from thier winery or enjoy the many places were you have views of rolling hills displaying beautiful vineyards. We rented a two bedroom apartment and a one bedroom apt for our family and they were both very charming with wood beam ceilings and stone walls. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options to choose from. We also took in a pasta making class which we all enjoyed doing with a group of other guests. It was also lovely to have the pool which also has an amazing view. Right across the street from the Fattoria is a wonderful restaurant called Cantinetta dei Logi where we had the best meal of our entire trip. It is a gem for such a small hamlet and a must visit.

While we loved our stay it would have been great to be able to have dinners at the Frattoria. It is about a 20 min drive to San Gimignano on very winding roads so not ideal for the driver who might want to enjoy some wine with dinner. The website says dinners are available but when we asked we were told that none were available. There is only one restaurant in the hamlet which is fantastic but if you stay for more than a couple of days you will need to drive to San Gimignano for more dining options.

The location was perfect to feel you were in the Tuscan hills surrounded by Vinyards. It was picture postcard perfect with a wholesome family atmosphere. I wish I stayed longer and will be back!

Gorgeous property, you just want to soak up the beauty. Quiet but not lonely, we interacted with other guests during our stay.

Nothing, everything was great

Unfassbar netter Familienbetrieb (inkl. Familienhunde Tino & Merlot). Super schöne Anlage mit tollem Wein und gutem Essen. Man kommt so schnell zur Ruhe. 10 Autominuten nach San Gimignano.

Mysigt och pittoreskt. Trevligt bemötande på ett lättsamt vis. Nära till 2 restauranger. Utsikten över fält och vidder. Fantastisk innergård med mängder av blommor. Väldigt gott rosévin.

Besviken på rummet. Väntade mig ett rustikt stenrum på nedre plan men fick ett nyrenoverat på 3e plan med vita väggar, IKEA lampa och, där kakelfog i badrum fortfarande luktade illa. Ingen rumsservice inte ens nytt vatten i minibar. Poolen lite misskött och solsängar som verkligen behövde bytas ut.

Het was op een schitterende plek, we werden hartelijk welkom geheten met een heerlijk glas wijn. Heel gezellig diner gehad iedereen bij elkaar aan de tafel. Een overvloed aan eten en drinken. Heerlijk zwembad om even af te koelen en relaxen.

Charming agriturisimo in San Gimignano. The grounds are so lovely, and the buildings are quaint with vines growing all over them. I wish we had more time here just to enjoy the grounds. Would highly recommend this farm stay to everyone.

Amazing location. It was just like you were staying with a family member. Highly recommend doing the dinner if it’s available. Amazing stay.
