Un établissement agréable, propre et bien tenu. Un accueil et un service très agréable. Seul petit bémol, le tarif des petits déjeuners. Hôtel bien placé, vrai piscine et spa. Un hôtel qui respecte ses engagements et ses clients.

"Not as advertised"

Doesn't fit 3 adults and one child as advertised. The "adult" bed in a mezzanine could barely fit a 12 year old. Very poorly lit, most areas barely accessible without bending in two!

"Belle expérience"

Très bonne expérience dans l'ensemble. Chambres confortables, belle vue et à 2 min des pistes en voiture. Dommage pas (plus) de resto et café soluble dans les chambres (cependant restaurants à proximités immédiates). Service d'étage pas permanent mais qui fait de vrais efforts pour répondre à votre demande. Chouette piscine avec un créneau horaire pour les enfants. Par contre, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur hotel.com ce n'est pas un Hotel 4* mais 3*. C'est le classement chalet et gite qui est 4*. Pour finir, Praz sur Arly est une très belle station familiale.
