well located to the centre of town, clean and lovely views from the room. The hotel needs a bit of a revamp But it was great having access to the outdoor pool, jacuzi and i assume the sauna is on in the winter. it was just a pity that the outdoor pool was not open in the morning only from 4pm to 8pm..

Quirky place (in a good sense). Desk staff was amazing! Extremely helpful and welcoming. Hotel is tired, but at the price one can't complain. It has its own vibe and may not be for everyone. But, if we are back in the area we would stay here again.

We stayed here for a week's skiing in March '13. This hotel is not a top-of the-range fancy-pants place; neither is it an identikit Holiday Inn type place where you could be anywhere in the world, but for the very reasonable price paid it does not disappoint. It has it's own character, and I liked it. The rooms aren't large, but are sufficient, and have balconies with FANTASTIC views. The beds are a bit hard; the bath is a good size but not easy to stand in to use the shower. The jacuzzi and sauna are an absolute Godsend after skiing, but surprisingly not much used, we almost always had them to ourselves. There's plenty of breakfast, typical continental, cereal, bread, pastries, yogourt etc.; the only hot food is boiled eggs (boil yourself to your own preference), and there's cheese but no cold meats. The cable car station is a VERY short walk away - fantastic - and Nerey Glisse just across the road is as cheap and good as anywhere to rent skis if you need to. 5 minutes walk into town gives you a good choice of restaurants, as well as supermarket and souvenir shops, but the dinner in the hotel is actually very good. The manager (owner?) has a slightly off-hand manner, but actually turned out to be very helpful and accommodating. His huge dog, who often lurks in the reception, is delightful and playful, but if you don't like dogs just ignore him and he'll ignore you, so it's not a problem.

really nice comfortable hotel. very convenient location to ski lift and centre of town. host very helpful and welcoming. have stayed here twice and would definately return again if in area.

Wij hebben een prima vakantie gehad, ontbijt was keurig verzorgd, nette schone kamer en douche (allemaal wel wat oud maar schoon). Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hotel op prima locatie tov bezienswaardigheden. Kortom een prima hotel voor een mooie vakantie, ook voor de wintersport lift vlakbij.

déçus, car avons retenu une chambre pour 4 nuits. Nous sommes partis après 3 nuits et la dernière nuit non occupée ne nous a pas été décomptée.L'accueil n'est pas chaleureux, la chambre est vieillotte comme le reste de l'hôtel.L'emplacement lui est très appréciable.

Très bon accueil, chambre agréable, confortable. cartes de randonnées en libre service très appréciées. Jacuzzi, piscine, et wifi gratuite

Ei mitään varsinaista moittimista. Hotellin puitteet kaikin puolin ok. Ainoa pettymyksemme oli puuttuva ulkouima-allas, joka mainittiin esitteessä, jonka perusteella valitsimme hotellin. Eli esitteessä oli virhe. Sisäallas kuitenkin löytyy.
