GBGreat location. Typical old Italian hotel with characterful features. Easy access to public transport. Bus to train station across the road from hotel. Restaurants all within short walk. Pool was a welcome bonus after busy days walking. Staff very friendly. Great breakfast. Lovely area for exploring beautiful Tuscany.
Pillows need replacing. No stuffing in 2 of them!
Very warm and friendly welcome and a lovely furnished room. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were lovely too.
FIBreakfast was exellent allso for glutein free choises. Allso Service was superfredly.
No complaints for the Hotel but there not much near at this time of year and as travelling with bus.
SERoberto och hans fantastiska personal skapar en varm och mycket välkomnande vistelse. Hotellet känns lyxigt och dom har tagit hand om den underbar gamla Toscanska byggnaden, med bravur. Att dom har en uppvärmd pool, bubbelpool och magiskt soldäck är ett enormt plus!
Vi har aldrig något att klaga på när vi bor här!

DEDas Hotel befindet sich in einem wunderschönen historischen Gebäude, es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was dem Charme aber nicht beeinflusst. Die Zimmer sind klassisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Frühstücksservice super freundlich.
Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße hin und es war recht laut. Wir hatten bereits beim Check-Inn gefragt ob wir bitte ein ruhiges Zimmer haben könnten, aber uns wurde gesagt, wir hätten dieses Zimmer gebucht und müssten es so nehmen oder einen Aufpreis bezahlen. Was ich auch alles verstehen kann, aber das Hotel war wirklich gering ausgelastet und der beworbene Außenpool war bereits abgedeckt. Daher wäre ein Entgegenkommen einfach ein freundlicher Service gewesen.

Room was clean and comfortable, mini bar stocked, owner friendly and the newly refurbished pool was very nice. We had a lovely relaxing stay.
