Sono molto soddisfatta della struttura: l’accesso è semplice e comodo, il proprietario è sempre stato disponibile e attento alle esigenze, e la posizione è davvero eccellente, perfetta per spostarsi e raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse. Consigliatissima!

This was a cosy little residence with just 6 or 7 rooms right in the heart of Lucca. The location is fantastic, with everything in walking distance. The whole residence is very sweetly decorated and the room itself was very comfortable. We were there on a weekend and there was no staff at all; however, they left use extremely clear instructions on how to get there and how to get in so everything went really smoothly. The communication was great and we felt well looked after, even though we didn't see a single soul during out stay.

If you are looking for staff or personnele to help you and you are there on a weekend, you are out of luck. It didn't really bother us, especially as the communication and instructions were very clear. But it may not be your thing.

A zuhany és a mosdó több helyen penészes, a zuhanyfej nagyon vízköves, a mosdó feletti lámpabúra poros.

The location was fantastic, very quiet and easy to get to. Slightly off a main street, easy to navigate to station and walls. The little extras in the room were lovely, tea & coffee with some nice sweet tarts. The kitchen was good. We stayed 3 nights and found a store that had precooked lasagne and risotto. There was an ample fridge to store it in and good little oven to reheat it for dinner. The staff were lovely and the communication about arrival and public holidays meant everything went smoothly. Room was a great size, the shower worked well, and the bed was confortable

Nothing too bad. We couldn't get wifi to work, never informed management which is on us. Noise from other guests is unavoidable in an older residence, but was disturbed for 2 mornings from barking of other guests dogs which we weren't expecting. Didnt dampen of our moods though. Still rated this place hi.
