The proprietors (Patrizia, Laura and Diego) could not make us more welcome and were very helpful with a good understanding of English. We had an issue with the Transfer company and the hotel took it on themselves to help us out and get a refund for an extra taxi fare. They took time to explain the area and the places to go and how best to get there. Nothing was too much trouble. My wife and I can not say enough as it is a very pleasant hotel for a touring holiday around the area of Lake Garda and well placed for most of the attractions and the main historic cities and destinations. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Great small hotel with excellent staff, situated on the isle of Sirmoine. 1 minute to the beach, 15 minutes to the historic town center of Sirmione. Nice hotel, great breakfast and quiet rooms. Can be recommedn any time for a stay in Sirmione.

We spent four nights at this family run hotel. If the hotel lacked anything it certainly made up for in the warmth & hospitality of the staff. The view from our room was simply breathtaking. The room was a little on the small side, but was spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were better than average for a Continental Breakfast, which we don't usually enjoy.The hotel is some distance from the historical centre of Sirmione, but there is a very regular bus service & you can get to the castle (about 2 miles away) for just one euro.

Villa Rosa is yet another little gem we found on our drive through Italy and wanting to visit Lake Garda. An intimate hotel where the staff go out of their way to welcome your arrival and ensure that you have all the necessary information to visit the surrounding places of interest. We were advised to visit the castle and old town of Sirimone and they were spot on, it is a beautiful place to meander through and enjoy both the stunning views of the lake alongside lovely little shops in the cobbled streets. The hotel is beautifully presented and spotlessly clean with parking available. As for the breakfast what can one say other than outstanding and worthy of a 5 star rating, there was everything there that one could wish for, not only did it look stunning it was most enjoyable and exceptionally good to eat. In all the family that run this hotel need to be commended for their welcome and the ambience they provide. This hotel should be upgraded from a 3 star.

The husband and wife at villa Rosa coundnt have made our stay any better from the welcoming coffee and cake, to restaurant and site recommendations. They are very proud of their property and town-they should be.I would recommend them to everyone.
