We weren’t able to stay at the hotel due to a malfunction that caused it to be closed. Fortunately, we were rebooked at another decent hotel, with all staff services included as per our original booking.

Das kann man leider nicht beantworten

Das Hotel hat nicht Bescheid gegeben, dass Renovierungsarbeiten im Gange sind und kurzfristig auf ein anderes, um einiges größeres Hotel, umgeswitcht werden muss. Das haben wir erst vor Ort erfahren.

"Very poor, would not recommend"

Room size is good

We were relocated to another hotel, via a missed call, no email, and a not at the Belvedere hotel and had to travel 15 minutes to another hotel away from the city centre. The new hotel (Hotel La Limonaia) looked like it had been built in the 1980’s and never renovated since. Food was mediocre to poor, cleanliness was ok, staff were ok, hotel was on a very steep gradient, no concierge offered, hotel had air con, but was told it wasn’t on for the duration of our stay (late May), and the room was hot! We had to share the balcony with another room, the noise levels of other people were loud. Hotel staff were quite stern and unhelpful during our relocation, no transit was offered. The 15 minute walk back into the town was offered, but required a paid for shuttle bus, so we walked.

"War sehr nett, aber aufgrund des fehlenden Schlafes würden wir nicht wieder kommen!"

Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend… Besonders Federico war sehr bemüht es einem alles recht zu machen!

Die Klimaanlage war defekt und tropfte die ersten 2 Nächte! Dann wurde sie angeblich repariert und machte nur noch laute Geräusche! Schlafen war unmöglich!

Die Gastgeberin und ihr Team waren super freundlich! Wir wurden so herzlich aufgenommen und wenn wir Fragen hatten konnten wir jederzeit fragen…Super Hotel sehr familiär..Würde immer wieder hingehen und buchen wollen.

Es gab nicht wirklich was man bemängeln könnte

Zimmer mit Bad sehr sauber, , Balkon/Terrasse vorhanden, schöner Pool und sagebhafter Blick auf den Gardasee. Sehr freundliches Personal. Bis zum Hafen ca 15 min. Fußweg

Fint hotell med fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Pool och området runt den var häftigt. Bra rum och trevlig personal. Bra frukost.

Dålig Wifi. Fick använda min egen 4g uppkoppling för det mesta.
