Hôtel d'une propreté impecable, meublé avec goût. L' accueil y est convivial et très sympatique. un parking gratuit... nous n'y avons pas pris le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas sur place. Bien situé pour visiter le Bergame ville basse, un peu loin pour la ville haute

The staff was polite and the location was convenient, close to the railway station, for an overnight stay before or after a flight from Bergamo airport.

The room and bathroom felt old and poorly maintained. Cleanliness was below expectations and the overall comfort was limited. The hotel is overpriced in comparison to hotels in other cities of Lombardy and is suitable only for a very short stay with minimal expectations.

Lokalizacja obiektu jest ok. Blisko dworca. Pościel czysta, reczniki również, jeden zestaw kosmetykow na 2 osoby - ale byl. Mila obsługa. Możliwość zostawienia walizek po wymeldowaniu.

Niestety hotel czasy swietności ma za soba. Chyba ze ktos lubi ten klimat. Najwiekszym minusem jest bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach wydobywajacy sie z rur kanalizacyjnych w łazience. Utrzymuje sie tez w pokoju nawet mimo otwartych okien. Wyspac sie wyspalysmy bo bylyśmy mega zmęczone po zwiedzaniu - ale bez komfortu.
