Hotel Villa Ca' Sette

Jeg booket et rom tydeligvis i bryllups sesongen. Spilte høy musikk frem til kl 2345 umulig sove før det. Rommet var pent nok. Men aircon funka dårlig. Ble varmt, en mann som jobbet der var kjempe service innstilt. Og siden det var så mye støy sa han at jeg kunne be om få holde rommet 1 time lenger. Neste dag da jeg spurte den damen som satt der så fikk jeg blankt nei. Rommene er veldig lytt, så du kan høre vibrasjoner fra mobil til de som sitter i skranken til rommet. Har sikkert vært uheldig, men de brude slått av på prisen siden det var så mye støy.. ellers bygget fint

The best thing about the property is the courtyard and restaurant — very nice setting and menu and service. The hotel itself feels a bit Soviet in atmosphere.

The hotel feels a bit Soviet in decor and ambiance. While the manager and receptionist tried to be helpful, they seemed defensive and prickly. One can’t walk to town from the hotel because the highway doesnt have a sidewalk. I left my passport, I did not check out (though I had inquired about that possibility but was told it wasn’t possible), and left the Do Not Disturb sign tied firmly to my door. The housekeeping entered anyway, endangering my money and jewelry while I was gone for the day. Nothing was taken, but the management claimed it was my fault instead of understanding how unsettling this was. I didn’t want anyone in my room! They knew I hadn’t checked out because they’d gotten no notification, no key, and still had my passport! Also, the big glass doors to the back halls of the hotel are left unlocked until after-hours, also unsettling since I was a woman traveling alone.

The ambient is beautiful. Breakfast is good. Service excellent. The most I liked were tablecloth and cutlery , bespoke.

Amazing staff. Super kind. Great location near to town but tranquil and charming. Very good breakfast.

Great for two night stay near Bassano del Grappa. Only downside if that is important, was the town is a 20min walk so a little far after many grappa tastings. Restaurant is excellent but on the pricy side to eat there every night but is recommended once in the stay. Bed mattress one of us found a bit hard the other was okay with it so it depends what you prefer. Choice of pillows was great though. Excellent choice at breakfast especially considering not many guests during our stay but the breakfast buffet was fully loaded with wide choice.

I really love this property (the buildings, my room, the garden, and especially the staff!), however had an unfortunate experience my first night at their onsite restaurant--AND (my bad), posted a negative review before giving the restaurant an opportunity to resolve the issue. That situation has since changed, = they were as dismayed as i was once they heard about my experience, and have since made every effort to correct it. As a result, I hope to book at the property again next year, when returning with my daughter and perhaps additional friends, to attend the Biennale in Venice--from which they are only a 1-hour (& $7 EU!) train ride away!

Comfortable hotel with large room and terrasse.

We chose this hotel because it has a quality restaurant. We did not receive any hint from the hotel in advance that we would need to reserve a table (another hotel on the same trip did exactly that). Consequently, we were very disappointed to discover, on arrival, that the restaurant was fully booked.
