"Exceptional"

The room was nice with a very big bathroom. Only had the chance to stay over the night as our flight got cancelled but it was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent. If you are a first time visitor in Funchal, you should stay here and everything is just a walking distance. The new manager was very responsive to settling a cleaning issue for me and made sure everything was good. The staff were very nice, friendly and responsive.

The breakfast was quite limited
