Property is clean and tidy. Staff are ok, definitely not going out of their way to help. Minimum service. Location is quite out of way to town but can take an Uber or public transit and be there relatively quickly. Worst part is the room noise. Extremely NOT soundproof. Can hear neighbours water running, opening and closing drawers. This was super disturbing and compromised quality of sleep which is key when travelling and touring all day. Beds were also very soft and not comfortable. AC was on the weak side almost not functioning. Overall, I would not stay here again. My recommendation is to look for something more central even an Airbnb would’ve been better. Breakfast was decent however.

I liked everything about this hotel, breakfast was excellent very clean, it might be a bit far from the centre but overall I would recommend to anybody wanted to visit Porto

Nice view from the pool side and pleasant atmosphere. Close walk to the river side where we could a tram to the centre. Also cheap Uber ride to the centre. Good location.

Clean 5 star hotel. Service is great and fast for parking and requested items. Air conditioning is not cool about 23 degrees Celsius at coolest. Good breakfast service and it’s included. Rooftop bar and pool is crowded and drinks are higher priced competitively to other places. Nice view and very clean rooms. Great staff and most speak English well.
