Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffets, nearby options for eating, shopping, taxi stand across the street.

Everything was good.

All in all this is a very nice hotel in what seemed like a good safe location. The bathrooms were old, but in good condition. Slow drain would leave you standing in water during your shower and there was a bit of dark grout at the bottom of the tub. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The keys would not stay active, so every eying when we returned from our outings, the key cards would not work and we would have to go to the front desk to have them fixed. There is a large food hall close by so there are plenty of food choices, but we only found one decent sit down restaurant nearby. For a shorter stay, I would stay here again.

This place was a good place to stay. Breakfast was great and place was clean and comfortable. Location was ok.

I have stayed many times at the hotel Tuela and have never been disappointed. It has a great breakfast!!

The hotel is like a typical American hotel.The room was clean. We are a family of 4 and the "double" beds were small, but we are used to those accommodations. The staff at the front desk could smile more. We had looked for hotels in the touristic zone but if we wanted the comfort of this hotel we had to pay more. so we decided to stay away from the sights and walk or use taxis to reach our destinations. Breakfast was pricey but good. This hotel offers parking with an extra fee.
