La habitación está bien, el personal es muy amable. La ubicación es muy cómoda porque estás en el centro de la ciudad. El desayuno estuvo bien también.

Ese día hizo + de 30 grados, por lo tanto la habitación estaba muy caliente cuando llegamos a las 20:00, no nos comunicaron que no había aire acondicionado ni ventilador, ni aire centralizado. Abrimos la ventana y no mejoró mucho. Cuando pedimos alguna explicación, nos informaron que no había venido la empresa a encender el aire centralizado. Nos prestaron un ventilador, pero no ayudó mucho. Pasamos calor.
