Une bouilloire avec café et thé serait un plus très appréciable

Arrived late due to accommodation that I was supposed to be staying at not being around to check me in and having to find somewhere else to stay!. The reception staff were so lovely and accommodating. Room large and bed comfy. Large bathroom. 5-10mons drive to the start of La Ruta Del Cares hiking trail.

Staff was attentive and friendly.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. After a lovely stay they contacted us to inform us of an item we left in the room. We then unfortunately got a flat tyre when collecting the lost item and the staff were super helpful to put us in contact with a garage who were able to fix the tyre. They were super helpful and friendly throughout. Thanks for a lovely stay 😊

We appreciated the patient and pleasant staff…they were always more than happy to try to accommodate us. Our server for breakfast was especially upbeat. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot with good flow and the room large with a couch and chair! There was a mini fridge and a coffee maker in the room. We enjoyed the skylight.

The only thing that was a little off was the time of day they allowed heat in the room. It seemed to come on about 10 at night when it was unnecessary since we were in bed…with an extra heavy blanket. We would have liked heat in the morning to take off the chill and in the evening when we had come in from cold days out and about.
