The location of this Parador is absolutely magical. It is truly one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The building is beautifully decorated, the rooms very comfortable and the views are stunning every minute of the day. The staff worked very hard and are very nice and accommodating. The food was very good. The bartender was amazing as was the breakfast staff. There were many food options for the breakfast and all were delicious. We asked for a picnic on one of the days we could not have breakfast and the picnic was wonderful with a good selection of food.

The day we arrived the room was quite warm, but we learned to leave the windows open at night with the lights off and we did not get any bugs in the room. When we left in the morning to be out for the day, we closed both windows and the shutter to keep the sun off the windows and the room was much more comfortable that Evening when we returned. The only other comment we have is that there was one coffee machine, and only one side was working and the coffee took a while to be produced. This caused quite a line for the coffee in the morning. We would recommend possibly having pots of black coffee to pour and possibly another coffee machine.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous valley in the Pyrenees. The hotel was quite luxurious and the views from the terrace and the rooms were spectacular. Food was good too.

Nothing really. Just a note to travelers not used to the relaxed dinners - it may take a 1.5-2hours for the multi course dinners, so relax and enjoy the food.

The location was great

The rooms had NO air conditioning, even after the long awaited remodel they chose to cut corners. It was really hot and since we had to leave the window open to cool off the room was full of flies. It was not a pleasant experience.

The location is superb. Room was renovated but they forgot ???? to install airco. Temperature in room was 38 at night ! I can't be positive , I slept not a minute. Draft beer at the bar has lack of CO2 gas. Breakfast is of poor standard and coffee from machine is bullshit,undrinkable.
