"The stay in the hotel itself was fabulous"

Le chambre était bien aménagée et confortable. La vue sur la cathédrale au loin est appréciable. Le staff était très accueillant. Il y a un bus qui passe au pied de l’hôtel pour rejoindre le centre ville. Cet hôtel fut une très bonne surprise pour notre étape à Palma.

Personale davvero gentile e accogliente! sono stati davvero dei tesori che a sorpresa ci hanno portato in camera una tortina con lo spumante per il compleanno di nostra mamma!! Posizione molto comoda perchè c e la fermata del bus proprio sotto all hotel, peccato che abbiamo scoperto all’ultimo giorno che ci fosse la funicolare evitando la salita ahahah

traumhafter Blick über den Hafen mit der Kathedrale im Hintergrund. Hafenkino den ganzen Tag. Sehr gutes Frühstücks Buffet mit hochwertigen frischen Lebensmitteln, Omeletts werden direkt frisch zubereitet.

Im Frühstücksraum und im Restaurantbereich ist es sehr stark runtergekühlt und ein latenter Chlorgeruch dringt aus dem Innenpool. Es gibt leider Gäste, die meinen ihr Smartphone Geplärre oder ihre Freisprechtelefoniererei stört niemand, hier sollte seitens des Personals eingegriffen werden.
