Property Notes

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the indoor pool from 13:00. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance. Half board room rates on 31st December include a Gala Dinner. The indoor pool is part of the spa facilities and is accessible for an additional fee. The Valparaiso Spa includes a huge heated pool, sauna, steam bath, gym and ice fountain. The access to the Spa is not included in the room price, and is available for an extra cost of 15€ per hour per person (5€ for an extra hour). For safety reasons babies until 2 years old are not allowed in the Spa. For children between 2 and 16 years old the spa is every day avaibable from 10:30 until 13:00. All spa facilities will be closed for annual maintenance from July 21st to 27th. Bookings of 5 rooms or more, special conditions and supplements may applyPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"A trip of a lifetime"

This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Insane views, gorgeous pools, marvelous food, and a wonderful, doting staff. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palma.

"Fabulous elegant palace on a hill"

This is one of the loveliest hotels either my husband or I has ever stayed in. The view from our room was breathtaking, we loved the view of the city from throughout the hotel and especially at breakfast, the spa and pools are stunning, the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful, the food was excellent, and the vibe was a kind of polished old school elegance that is very hard to find these days. We are already talking about going back. Thank you to the team for a wonderful stay!!!

WiFi was a bit spotty but it paled in comparison to everything above!

"Easter Break"

The Valparaiso Palace more than lived up to our expectations. Wonderful staff throughout. Beautiful location overlooking Palma & Palma Bay. Easy access to Palma & beyond. A lovely room with panoramic views. Superb facilities including a top of the range spa. The restaurant staff particularly made us more than welcome looking after all our needs. We had plenty to choose from and enjoyed the experience. A week was not long enough. We look forward to returning

Ein toller Blick über die Stadt und das Meer vom Meerseitenzimmer, ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, für das Spa war leider keine Zeit

ein kleines Manko war die Fassaden/Balkonbeleuchtung die sich in der Dämmerung einschaltet ( es war April ) und bis 24 uhr leuchtet, die ist sehr uncharmant zu hell

"Sehr motiviertes, freundliche Personal, saubere, sehr schöne Anlage."

Das mir zugewiesene Zimmer hatte einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf Hafen und Meer. Die Anlage ist wirklich super, zur Altstadt sind es aber doch fast 3 km. Das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen.

Im Frühstückssaal sollten die Stühle mit Filzschonern belegt werden, damit sie beim Stühlerücken auf dem Boden nicht dieses durch March und Bein gehende Kratzgeräusch machen. Auch ist die zum Teil verstörende Musik nicht wirklich nötig.
