Excellent location! Near to puerta del sol. We visit all downtown by walk. The restaurant in the top of the street has a very good breakfast

This place was very nice for one sleep.

La ubicación,está muy cerca de puerta de Sol, Mezquita del Cristo.

La habitación,ya que fue muy pequeña. La lámpara pequeña no funcionaba. La arqueta del baño estaba rota y estaba sucio el baño con pelos. El wifi no funcionaba. Hacia mucho calor en la habitación.

Excellent location, close enough to the old town, with free parking acessible. Keep in mind though that it's a bit of a climb up the streets to the center. Small but confortable enough for a short stay.

Lack of personal contact with staff, personally i dislike this nowadays tendency for all comms to be digital, even in an hotel.

La ubicación es perfecta, estás prácticamente cerca de todo y lejos de ruidos. Tenía un balconcito muy majo, la cama y las almohadas son bastante comodas

Las cañerías huelen un poco, quizás poner una ventana que se pueda abrir en el baño aliviaría un poco
