Prima hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Wel erg gehorig.

Mycket trevligt hotell med välkomnande och service-minded personal. De billiga rummen ligger i bungalows på andra sidan vägen och har trappor. Vet ej hur de ser ut. Vi var på hotellet under lågsäsong och hade turen att bli uppgraderade till ett rum i huvudbyggnaden. Super! Bra rum med skön säng. Bra frukost som serverades vid bordet. Inget att klaga på. Rekommenderas som nattstopp på vägen eller som bas för besök på ex.v. Gibraltar.

Magnifique hotel , la verdure le calme et la gentillesse du personnel

Surclassement systématique... Nous avions une chambre très confortable et très bien équipée, climatistion, plateau d'accueil, etc.... Le personnel est très agréable, souriant et disponible. Troisième séjour dans cet hôtel et nous en sommes toujors aussi satisfait.

The staff was extremely accommodating. One of our other reservations fell through and they were able to provide us a room a night early last minute. There is a restaurant attached and the food is delicious! It is a beautifully decorated and comfortable hotel!

Hôtel sur la route principale de tarifa avec beaucoup de circulation. Hôtel vieillot et personnel peu accueillant. Une étape un peu chère au vue des prestations

They had no reservation for us! No record of our reservation. We demand our money back!

I booked 2 Double Rooms. Because we arrived so late, I think we were "upgraded" to two "cottage" rooms. Good news: parking was convenient (just off the highway), location was convenient for the Tarifa port to travel to Morocco for a day trip and to go to Gibraltar the day after. The cottages were by the pool and the flowers were just beautiful. Downside: previous guest in one cottage took the A/C remote so my adult buys - who were given a fan - had a hot night in Spain. The windows were left open so there some bugs in their room. The cottages are relatively inconvenient to the front of the hotel require change in levels, numerous openings and a couple different sets of stairs. The maid placed my sons dirty clothes in the bidet which was not appreciated since they were in a pile on the floor. Our toilet was jammed but with jiggling we fixed it and it worked for the rest of the stay. In the end we liked the stay - just had a few drawbacks.
