Beautiful location on the sea, allows you to travel around the area easily.

The cleaning wasn’t done properly for the room

Bright open public areas with great views. Lovely sea views from bedroom without specifically having to request this. Showers next to the left luggage room let us spend the last day on beach. 12pm checkout was great too.

It was very close to the sea

Purely personal reasons but if you have a problem here don't for one minute think its getting resolved by the completely incompetent management. I offered them advice on how to deal with my problem but they thought they knew better....they didn't and I'm still £200+ out of pocket. Good luck 🤞

Stunning location lovely staff

The food isn’t as good as it should be. Every evening the meat was tough and not enough fish options for the pescatarians. We treated ourselves to the Al a carte one day and it was awful. Over cooked meat and they had forgot to add the sauce and vegetables. This hotel could be incredible but they need to up their game on the catering. The other thing I would say is they seem understaffed. There was endless queues to get a drink at the only bar inside. They close the beach bar at 5 which is way too early, as that’s when everyone wants to have sundowners.

Al principio tuve mis reservas porque no soy amante de los autoservicios, sin embargo este hotel ha logrado un alto nivel de calidad y variedad en los servicios de desayuno y cena (media pension), sobre todo se aprecia la calidad de la materia prima utilizada en la elaboracion de las comidas, verduras, frutas, panes, pasteleria, embutidos, los huevos y su elaboracion del chef al desayuno, los vinos, la cava, la vajilla, en pocas palabras, muy buen nivel, sumado a la incomparable vista al mar de todo el salon.

A veces el servicio se ve superado por la demanda cosa que ocurre en todos los hoteles de temporada. PERO LO MAS IMPORTANTE ES QUE EL HOTEL NO INCLUYE UN SERVICIO DE PLAYA PROPIO Y EL BALNEARIO ESTA ATENDIDO POR UN SERVICIO PARTICULAR. La piscina si es parte de los servicios del hotel y es muy comoda aunque tanto el snack de la piscina como el restaurant vecino a la playa adolecen de variedad en ambos casos y limitado en dias de atencion el segundo y no atienden en las sombrillas.
