BQ Aguamarina Boutique Hotel

The location of hotel was ideal, right on lovely beach. The staff were so attentive and friendly and we ll def be going back!

Rarely do I give a hotel a bad review but there were too many things to deal with in our room. Apparently a hotel has to designate a certain percentage of their rooms to the handicapped and somehow we are unfortunate enough to get put in one of these rooms. I don’t think a handicapped person would have appreciated this room. There was a constant dripping noise from the toilet, the lights came on with motion but as soon as you sat on toilet or went to brush teeth the light turned off and required major motion to turn it back on. How would a handicapped person do this? The bathroom was behind a glass wall so how can you avoid waking up anyone else in the room with the motion light that can not be turned off if you had to go to bathroom in the middle of the night. The positive of the hotel is a friendly front desk person, nice location and a nice very small rooftop pool with a view of the sea.

The pool at the top floor was very nice.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this hotel. We arrived many hours before check in but could safely store our suitcase and use all the facilities straight away. When we got our room it was really clean and very smart. We had booked a sea view which was lovely. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. We spent a couple of hours at the rooftop pool and bar each day which was relaxing. We didn’t eat at the hotel but had a drink at the bar which was pleasant. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is right opposite a beach and in an ideal location for walks, lots of bigger beaches and bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was very good and the gentleman welcoming the people was super friendly. Did the check-in online, so both the check-in and check-out were very fast. Having a kettle and a coffee machine made the stay very comfy.

We did not get new beach towels, but we brought our own one anyway so we did not complain.

We’ve stayed here several times and will continue to do so. Great staff, very clean, great food and great location.

This hotel was a last minute change from our intended hotel, and we were so glad we made the change. We booked direct with the hotel which they seem to like. The location is perfect, the rooms are well insulated, the beds are comfy, and they were cleaned each day. minor negative, there is not much shelving. We found no issue with sun beds whenever we went up to the roof, but tbh, we mostly went on the beach/in the sea, which is literally right over the road from the hotel. The downstairs bar makes the best mojito we have had in a long time, and the outside seating is great, with a view of the beach and sea. We spent quite some time here. Staff here are FAB, helpful, and pleasant. It is really noticeable.
