Hotel Sorra Daurada Splash

The pools and aqua park were great for the kids. It wasn't very busy or noisy. Food was good but not a lot of variety. Some dinners were dissapointing as they had a lot of dishes we wouldn't eat. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed. The staff was very nice and helpfull.

They have a lot of activities for kids, but no entertainment for adults.

Il cibo al buffet veramente buono, sempre diverso e tanto, l' albergo è molto pulito.

Lo staff era un po' troppo severo,applicava delle regole molto strane,del tipo: quando volevamo rientrare in hotel ci controllavano se eravamo bagnati,se le ciabatte fossero completamente asciutte se avessimo sabbia sui piedi, i bambini non potevano correre in piscina,i bambini non potevano fare gli scivoli di testa, continuavano a riprendere tutti a voce alta senza usare fischietti o cose del genere ma solo gridando,i miei bambini non capendo lo spagnolo si sentivano sempre in torto,troppe limitazioni. All' esterno si può fumare solo in un angolino sotto al solo senza sedie o ombrelloni, ci si sente troppo controllati. Personalmente io e i miei bambini volevano uscire dalla piscina perché faceva freddo tirava molto vento e stava per arrivare un temporale,il bagnino non ci ha fatto entrare in hotel,ha preteso che fossimo asciutti noi e che le suole delle scarpe fossero completamente asciutte. Non ritornerò più sicuramente.

Brilliant hotel for the kids, pool and slides are great.

The pool staff would need to be abit more friendly and should be a menu with prices up for the drink and food at the pool, as you get charged different price each time you go up.

Me gustó todo. El personal de la recepción es maravilloso y super atento. La ubicación es genial. Mi nieta se enamoró de la piscina y los toboganes. No la podíamos sacar de ahí. Todo genial.
