This hotel was a gem! Incredible location, and the family room was perfect for us. Loved it!

Hôtel calme et propre Vue sur la mer magnifique Chambre confortable

This was a really nice hotel in this area of Costa Brava. Let’s start with (1) the rooms: The room was big and the bathroom was very spacious. We were a family of 4 and they had a king bed and two single beds. The room had a small balcony facing the beach; the balcony also had a small table and chairs which can be used just to spend time enjoying the beautiful view from the room. The only downside to the room is that is a little dark but who goes to this part of the world to stay in the room? (2) Let’s continue with the restaurant: we only had breakfast there but you could also enjoy lunch and diner. The restaurant also has spectacular views of the Cala (beach) and you get the breeze from the ocean - I admit having breakfast there was one of the high points of my Spain trip. Breakfast was buffet style and I got to enjoy a Mimosa which was included with the price of breakfast. You also get hot and cold option so you will enjoy. Now let’s finish with (3) other aspects: staff was really friendly and spoke multiple languages. The lobby area is really nice and next to it you can also enjoy the view without going out. Dropping off the suitcases can be challenging - first you have to make sure you don’t miss the entrance to the hotel (you have to go into a very small street that you may no see without the GPS) and then the space to drop the bags does not allo for more than 3 cars at the same time - it wasn’t an issue for me but during busy times could be challenging.

We loved this hotel so much! Gorgeous view of the water from our balcony and we enjoyed very much sitting in the Bar at night and looking out at the view. The only issue for us (which is not the fault of the hotel) were the smokers on the balcony next door. The staff were wonderful. Truly a little paradise! We can't wait to come back!

Todo lo que esperas de un hotel. Precio/calidad excelente. El restaurante está muy bien. Desayuno completo. Las vistas son espectaculares.

The electric sockets were not working. I had to use the only working socket of the TV. The heating was also not working, beginning of April it can be pretty shilly, even in Spain. We ate tapas in the hotel bar. Not only were they expensive, but unfortunately also the worst tapas we ate during our stay in Spain. Finally, we had to pay to store our bicycles. That was the first time ever! The only good I can say is that cleanliness was good and the staff was very friendly.

The communication pre trip was excellent. I had booked a twin bed room by mistake and when i explained i was on my honeymoon they said they would sort it and they did. The staff remembered our honeymoon too and surprised us with a bottle of 🍾 bubbly! Also managed to get a kettle for the room as there wasn't any tea making facilities. Shame barman was a bit scarce but they had 200 people to deal with in restaurant. Car park not on site but was not too far away and secure.
