Murs assez fins , on entend les personnes dans les autres chambres discutés (voir même leur téléphone vibrer) ainsi que les personnes utilisant les escaliers

Very ambiguous stay. It all started when my card was overcharged prior to arrival - as it turned out, double city tax charged. "Human error". What would have happened if I hadn't asked? Later upon arrival, the Reception person couldn't find breakfast attached to my booking in their system, though the confirmation had been sent to be including breakfast. Thankfully, it was cleared out later. "Human error". Upon entering the room, several black hairs were found in the sink (??), photo sent to the reception. "Human error". Duvet case was pulled on the blanket inside out, so the stitches were outside, not inside. Another "human error"? The "cherry" on top was complete lack of wall soundproofing! I could hear literally every single word from the other room, so the first evening was spent "listening" to the TV in the other room. Fortunately, I had my ear plugs for the nights. These are basic things that a guest expects from a hotel. "Human errors" are just absence of responsibility and respect. The positive thing was friendliness of the reception employees (both evening and morning) and comparatively good breakfast (enough to start the day). The Location is also close to the train station to reach La Defense and all other connections. The only suggestion (apart from better housekeeping) is adding some cut vegetables for breakfast. It may not be "the hotel standard", but it's a minor touch that would considerably improve the quality for many non-French guests.

Die Lage ist top, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war für uns auch ausreichend und lecker. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber normal für Pariser Verhältnisse. Der Preis ist für Paris super. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Die Zimmer sind leider hellhörig. Das Öffnen der Fenster sollte man auch meiden, braucht man aber auch nicht wirklich, weil die Klimaanlage bestens funktioniert.
