What you see in the pictures as 3 star hotel it’s even matching 1 star hotel. We have stayed 3 nights they never cleaned the room even not change the linens.everyday we have to ask towels. When we complained about room cleaning they were asked to go out of the the room. Even when we went out as per their request cleaning was not done. The bed was not comfortable. Toilet seat not fixed properly. It’s was moving around when we sat on it. Corridor was not cleaned for some time it’s dirty. Lift was so old and small only one person could accommodate with one luggage. Cleaning staff opened the doors without knocking with the master keys which was really disturbing. They switched off the AIr conditioner from the main board it was terribly hot in the night. So we didn’t have a good night sleep.
Wir hatten das Familien Zimmer auf der obersten Etage. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, überall war es staubig, die Spinnweben wurden seit Monaten nicht entfernt. Haarföhn und Steckdose im Badezimmer war kaputt.
Chambre fort convenable, très calme. SdB au top et acceuil très chaleureux. Super rapport qualité/prix.
Comme souvent, il fait parti des hôtels que je privilégie quand je suis de passage à la Défense pour sa situation, le calme, et le cadre. A la prochaine fois.
