Nice staff and good area, close to the metro. The room was a bit cold, the hair dryer and one of the lights were broken.
It was good. the hotel from the outside did not look that great, the room was spacious and clean.
I am really sorry to select this hotel as they cancelled my booking one day before my arrival with no sense reason. And nobody in the hotel and your site was responsible
I was stuck in Paris because the airline cancelled my flight and this hotel really cane through. It was clean and I really liked the room we stayed in.
The nightcap who checked us in was friendly. The common area had glitchy TV and comfortable couches. The bathroom was updated and nice. The air conditioning technically worked but it did not feel very cold in our room. The wifi was slow. The bed was slanted sideways which was awkward as we didn't have much room to pass. The place has an overall dark theme, and the hallways/elevator were skinny, making luggage moving a challenge. The breakfast was mediocre - I would not recommend it unless you are really pressed for time. You can get a better breakfast for half the price at one of the local bakeries. I wouldn't stay here again but it was an okay value for the money especially considering it was a last minute booking. It's about a 10 minute walk to the metro.
Very safe neighborhood in Paris; short walk to the Metro. Loved the fact the hotel rooms are air conditioned and there was an elevator! Great stay.

Stayed there for 2 nights and did not receive any service. There were no wash clothes available.
I was in a room that sad that it had a view there was only one window facing the sky. There was toilet paper on the floor in the room when came to the room. there was no wifi in the room. You pay at the hotel also if you book through hotel.com. They still have Christmas tree there in June
