"Confort y comodidad en el centro de Tossa y muy cerca de la playa"

Ubicación perfecta. Personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. Muy recomendable coger media pensión para cenar en el hotel. Todos los platos que probamos ofrecían cantidad y muy buena calidad, estaba todo buenísimo. Muy buenas vistas desde la zona de la piscina, sobretodo por la noche. Si vas en coche recomiendo coger el parking del hotel, ya que es difícil aparcar por la zona, y los parkings de alrededor son más caros.

Por decir algo, como indican algunos otros comentarios el parking es un poco estrecho a la hora de entrar y salir, pero con cuidado y maniobrando se puede acceder correctamente. Además nos acompañó una persona de recepción para indicarnos como entrar y salir.

L'emplacement est idéal, juste légèrement retiré du bord de mer, ce qui permet d'être au calme. Accès aisé à la plage et aux commerces. Piscine et bar disponibles sur le toit de l'établissement. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Personnel souriant et affable, prêt à rendre service. L'établissement dispose d'un parking privé à 200 m de là. Petit-déjeuner de qualité avec un grand choix.

Seul petit bémol, il y avait une porte communicante dans notre chambre ; l'isolation phonique en a donc souffert (voisins un peu trop festifs).

Très bien dans l’ensemble.

Le personnel n’est pas sympathique, nous avions l’impression de les déranger dès l’arrivée. L’AC ne fonctionnait pas, malgré des demandes répétées. C’est dommage, parce que tout le reste était super.
