"Je suis déçu de cet hôtel"

J’ai pris la chambre pour la plus chère de l’hôtel, la suite plus une chambre normale dans la suite que j’ai pris, je n’avais pas de climatisation d’air conditionné. Cependant il faisait 30°, il a fallu que j’ouvre les fenêtres et je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit, car sur la plage il y avait des jeunes, tu faisais la fête. Pourtant j’avais averti à 17h le personnel de l’accueil de l’hôtel dont une responsable on devait m’envoyer quelqu’un pour me rétablir l’climatisation et ça n’a pas été fait et aucun remboursement. Je suis vraiment déçu de ce séjour.
