Le Grazie Hotel

O quarto a priori é bom, tem impacto positivo na entrada, o banheiro tem um bom tamanho, mas a acústica é péssima. No quarto da para ouvir tudo o que as pessoas fazem nos quartos dos lados: chuveiro, torneira, falas das pessoas, etc. Tive que ligar a tv (ruído branco) para conseguir dormir todas as noites. Como é um hotel que recebe excursões/grupos o café da manhã vira um campo de guerras. Em cinco segundo as coisas sobre a mesa acabam e eles demoram para repor (quando há reposição). Em um domingo descemos para tomar café e a maioria das mesas estava reservada. Constrangedor. As cadeiras da sala de café da manhã são sujas. A wi-fi é muito ruim. Tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado 2 vezes. A impressão que tive foi que ele estava programado para desligar. Única coisa boa do hotel é que fica relativamente próximo a estação de trem. Se voltar para Assis eu definitivamente não ficarei nesse hotel.

Siamo stati molto bene stanze graziose e pulite, personale molto gentile ,cucina molto buona.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I have traveled the world for business and leisure for over 40 years. The receptionist, Francesca was extremely rude. Upon my arrival in Assisi by train, I called to ask if the hotel was walking distance from the train station and a short walk. She also and a straight shot. Walk straight and you're here. When I got to a roundabout, I had no idea where to turn; there were no signs indicating the hotel, so II called her again and asked which way I should turn. She started yelling at me as to why I could not find the hotel, in a drizzling rain. I thanked her and hung up. There was not a soul around. Finally, I saw a passing car and asked them. They directed me. When I arrived at the hotel, she gave me my key, never told me what floor I was on. The room key started with a 2 but was actually on the first floor. She never told me what the breakfast hours were or where I had to ask. When I got to my room, there were no working lights, except for a small light above the bed. No towels in the bathroom. Called down and they never arrived. Never able to shower as I never got towels. There was no mirror in the room, except for a kitchen clock size mirror in the bathroom. No safe in the room and no lighting in the stairwell that I had to take each time. Hotel was completely booked by a large group of people using the only elevator. Tripped going up the stairs. Asked for ice - said there was none.

We had a wedding party in the hotel (only guest not the bride and groom) we did not have a restaurant that night as the guest were using the hotel. When the guests arrived back after midnight they where very noisy and banging doors. There was no safe in room.

Lovely little hotel, couldn't be better for visiting Assisi. Helpful staff. Good Italian family restaurant nearby

Super close to train station(~4 blocks), nice and clean, comfortable. There were crying babies, kids, and screaming people who could be heard until at least 1am so would rate low for privacy.

È stato un week-end molto rilassante ricco di bei momenti e tranquillità

Pessimo Hotel....delle tre stelle forse ma scrivo forse ne meriterebbe una sola....stuttura vecchia e malmessa....la stanza prenotata era angusta vecchia con mobili datati rovinati e sistemati in modo pessimo...i letti erano tre uno vicino all'altro senza testiera ed appoggiati al muro come se si trattasse di un campeggio o della stanza di una vecchia caserma....le luci della stanzetta quando si accendevano facevano un rumore fastidiosissimo.....l'armadio piccolo e vecchio...sei tre letti uno era una grandina gli altri due quando ti ci sdraiavi diventavano amache.... Il bagno piccolo scomodo con una doccia comoda solo per i Puffi.....abbiamo avuto l'idea di cenare nel ristorante dell'albergo....anche qui le sedie vecchie come tutto l'arredamento....fa evitare
