Its very well located and it actually has two pools one big outdoors, one small indoors w a jacuzzi and sauna there and two more jacuzzis in the solarium.

The staff is not very nice or warm and they seem to have a bad work environment. I had to make two bookings since i originally booked my stay for two nights in their website. I wanted to come in a day earlier and they DO NOT pick up the phone on the weekend even though they are a HOTEL. So I made an extra booking on Booking for the first night. Since I arrived I told them this because I wanted to avoid switching rooms and having to move all my stuff, they said I could keep the room. Fast forward next morning Im ready to go to the beach and enjoy my day and the cleaning lady asks tells me im supposed to be moving rooms. The staff did not call me to inform this and I couldve already been gone to the beach what would have they done with my stuff? She only told me because she wanted to clean and noticed I of course hadnt packed. Went to the reception and they DID NOT APOLOGIZE, they said I hadnt booked an ocean view and I had to change. I told them I didnt really care about the view I would much rather be on the second room from the first day. The lady, i think the manager, was like yea they did that “because I wasnt here”. I went back to the room to pack and get my things and the key did not work anymore. Had to ask the housekeeper to open the room for me and had to pack and move all of my things. Then in the new room, there was a leak, which on first instance, the technician was like “you havent closed this properly” speaking of the leakey bidet. This proved to be incorrect because other technicians arrived several times later with new tubes for the bidet so it was actually faulty. Finally I was taking a small sandwich from breakfast, which I understand is forbidden but otherwise theyd throw it away. And the same manager lady called out the employee for not enforcing the rule there in front of everyone in the restaurant. I never got any formal communication on the problems with my room and no apologies at all for all the issues I had with the rooms.

La chambre avec grande douche, frigo et buffet très bien. Le personnel est très agréable.

Pas grand chose, à part, peut-être, le choix de pain. Parking cher à 300m (17€)

Friendly staff - good amenities for the price (the jacuzzis on the rooftop with the sunbeds are perfection) and the location is prime!

There was only one little thing to nitpick and that would be that the kettle wasn't very clean and had what looked like little flecks of mould but other than that everything was amazing.

Le personnel vraiment au top très agréable et serviable le sourire ils sont vraiment super

Les piscines très petites, pas beaucoup d’équipements comme les transat, le hammam fermé, la cabine de massage pas assez au calme, les lits pas très confortables, les chambres pas du tout isolées on entend vraiment tout pas possible de se reposer, et le dernier soir un groupe de jeunes ingérables qui ont foutu le bordel jusqu’à 2h du matin malgré qu’on l’ai signalé

Nous avons été très bien accueilli et en plus, bonne surprise, nous avons été surclassé avec des chambres vue sur la mer. Parmi le personnel, bon nombre parle Français, bien pratique quand on ne parle pas Espagnol.. Globalement le service est exceptionnel. Pour exemple, un matin, nous devions partir avant le service petit déjeuné, l’hôtel nous en a préparé, à emporter, que nous avons récupéré à l'accueil à 6 heure du matin.

Ils disposent d'un parking privé. Les places sont à réserver à l'avance mais directement auprès de l’hôtel. Le parking (gratuit) le plus proche est à 1/4 d'heure à pied.
