"Horrible. One of the worse in 40 yrs of travel."

We left after one night. Had planned to stay 4 nights. The place was dirty, unkept, broken pool toys left around in fall, freezing in rooms, terrible decor, owner was rude and unhelpful.

See above. We called Booking.com to help us with a refund. We slept in our hats and winter coats! Owner yelled at my husband when he asked for a refund. Was on the phone with two supervisor from Booking.com for 45 minutes and then they hung up on me! Horrible experience both with this property and Booking.com. Worst experience I’ve ever had in 40 yrs of travel and bookings. Please no NOT include this property in your offerings. We tried to file a formal complaint but Booking.com never followed through. Very disappointing and traumatic. Ruined an important part of a trip we planned and explored reviews for months. Hope you can remove this property from your listings and refund us as promised!
