La ubicación. La amabilidad y disponibilidad para ayudarte del personal del comedor. Gracias por habilitarnos una trona para poder darle de comer a nuestro bebé. La camarera de hotel de las habitaciones de la 5ª planta del viernes por la tarde fue muy agradable y servicial con nosotros. Eres una persona excepcional!! Gracias por hacer tan organizado y civilizado el desayuno cada día. Con tanta gente, sería caótico cada mañana!!!.Sois un gran equipo!!

La encargada de limpieza del domingo 14/6 por la mañana, entró en varias habitaciones sin llamar. Fue bastante desagradable.

Personal increíblemente atento y amable, siempre pendientes de que todo estuviera perfecto. Las instalaciones están genial, con muchísimas actividades para los niños que hacen la estancia aún más divertida. La piscina es una pasada, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar. Y el desayuno… simplemente espectacular: súper completo y con una variedad que sorprende. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir 😊

La habitación estaba muy limpia y era muy cómoda, en general todo el hotel estaba muy bien y tenía varias cosas

Creo que la comida del buffet podría haber sido mejor, sobretodo por el precio que pagas.
