Good value, quick service , big room with all you need and good location for Kings Theatre .

All good, would stay here again :) very clean room and ensuite, great location (within walking to Kelvingrove) Breakfast was fine and would definately stay here again. Good value for money.

I would say that this hotel is a work in progress. Very clean and friendly staff. Very dated and a lot of upgrading required in the rooms as ours was very dark and dingy, but can see that work is being done to improve the place as the reception area and dining rooms were nice and there was men working during the day. The mattress on the bed was very hard and uncomfortable so I didn't sleep too well. All-in-all ok for one night.

Fantastic breakfast, comfortable bed, friendly and relaxed staff.

Really nice room, the location was perfect! Bathrooms were clean. The only negative thing was that it was really cold. The heater didn’t work in my room, but someone came to fix it, although it didn’t work. I didn’t take it further as I was leaving the next day and I had an extra blanket. The bathrooms were freezing cold as well. Other than that, it was great:)

Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well kept up. Welcoming and quiet atmosphere. Food was delicious. It will be.my first choice.if I return.

Everything was really good, the only thing was the bathroom smelled very musty and old, and the bathtub was stained and didn't look super clean.

It was amazing and the team there were helpful. I would definitely come again. However, there are two points of improvement. There could be a fridge where we can add food and drink into it. The iron I borrowed from there burnt my dress.
