Room very comfortable: bed made up every day, fresh pack of biscuits every day Breakfast excellent, well cooked Location ideal for my conference at Brighton Centre, as well as the beach front Good to be able to leave my luggage on the last morning for collection later

There was nothing at all which I didn't like, as everything in the room was easy to use: shower, lighting, TV, so I cannot fault my stay in any way

The sea-view room has a good size and view, while the standard room is a bit cramped. The location is unbeatable, right across the road from the pier and close to the Lanes. The breakfast is very good. Overall, would stay here again if visiting Brighton.
