"Comfortable, but staff need to improve"

Very comfortable room , very clean, nice linen.

Only 1 set of towels in the room on arrival, which was sorted very quickly by the staff. We booked a table in the restaurant, and after being shown to our table by a lady who seemed harassed we felt a little ignored. A couple sat at the next table after we sat down, but were served before us and the guy that took their order just ignored us, and it took nearly 10 minutes for someone to come and take our order.

Staff friendly for the most part Lovely town Food was mainly good

All decor is too beige and dated Lighting throughout hotel is poor Beds old and small eg double bed Insufficient furniture in rooms All very dated Food has been better on past visits

"A nice place to stay. Quiet friendly people and a very good location."

The public bar was very good. Location to Inverness and attractions was very good.

No fridge in room to store medications. No safe in room for passport and valuables.
