Newly refurbished, beautifully designed. Attention to detail. Plenty of staff. More British hotels should be like this. Attentive service. Attached coffee bar.

Breakfast very good. Car parking excellent.

Provide inntructions for the air conditioning and the heated towel rail. Plug in the bathroom sink did not work. No anti slip mat for the bath.

We recently stayed at the Wainstones Hotel after a corporate event and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. A special thank you to Caroline and the entire team for being so welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. Caroline went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that we were well looked after at every step. Nothing was too much trouble, and her attention to detail really made a difference. Thank you again for making our event such an enjoyable and seamless experience – we’d happily return in the future!
