"Good location, parking, rooms nice, frustrating breakfast and restaurant options"

Room itself is nice enough, a little dated in places.

Frustrating to find no restaurant or bar, and limited breakfast, despite emailing beforehand, as stay in cheltenham once a month and first time, found out on arrival, but is still showing on the booking pages as restaurant etc there but it isnt.

"Good area with kids, especially having separate sleeping areas."

Location was good. Room was big. Good having tvs in both lounge and room.

No hot water in the shower (Orchard Suite). Could do with a refurb, smashed bottom of door and curtains didn’t fully block out light.

Very well appointed rooms. Spacious and comfortable beds

Mixer bath filler in the bath was not good . Too hot hence could not use it. Shower was good though
