Matress was lumpy.

Perfect location. My room was warm and cosy. The hotel restaurant offered a great menu with really good prices. The staff were attentive and very friendly nothing was too much trouble. I slept really well and the mattress was very comfortable.

I did mention it to the reception in the morning, my room would have totally benefitted from a work station and chair instead of the armchair which took up a lot of space in my single room as I needed to work on my laptop which was very awkward. There was an alcove opposite perfect for the tea making facilities to go into where all the power points were leaving space for a slim desk and an office chair an easy fix. The end the WiFi wouldn't work properly and had to use the dining area downstairs to work but even then the WiFi speed was very poor. The hotel needs a better system with floor boosters for the rooms as many other hotels have.

Great location in the town centre, staff great.

Rooms and corridors are tired
