There’s nothing not to like, the place is spotless and the owners can’t do enough for you. Breakfast is lovely and plentiful and the rooms are comfy. Away from any noise and short walk to the centre of Torquay. We keep returning here as it’s great value for money and like home from home . Thanks Fonz and Chai

Very friendly, spotlessly clean, would have rated higher but we didn't have breakfast there so couldn't rate it. Stayed in rm 3, lovely family room, great facilities, plenty of choice for hot drinks, fridge with bottles of water left for you. Would definitely book again

Bit further from town than expected but a lovely walk through the Abbey grounds and park to get to the sea front

From the moment I arrived Fonz made me feel welcome. The property is well maintained and is spotless. My room (10) was perfect and had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding both presentation and quality of food.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The location, the friendliness of the staff stood out. The room was right for what I needed.

I guess it would have been nice to have a better view or more light in the room but that’s nitpicking it was a very good establishment
