Breakfast, excellent choice, hot and well prepared. Room spacious but heating did not work, small heater added to room to a make a comfortable temperature, staff were very helpful

Lovely staff & hotel. The spa was wonderful!

Breakfast hours were the same time as our spa hours 8am- 10am. Breakfast remained open until 11am after I had asked, but checkout was also at 11am so we had no time to get sorted for our day.

Staff were pleasant, the Oak bar served nice pub style food which tasted good.

Was very disappointing experience that a hotel that advertised itself as a hotel and spa the spa is not included. When arrived after a day of travelling finding that the spa was not included and we had to pay an additional £100 for access for only two hours was a slap in the face. The spa itself was poorly laid out. No complementary refreshments all drinks to be paid for bar tap water, no access to water in and around the pool you need to leave the pool area to the bar to keep yourself hydrated. Access to toilets is even more of a pain. Back up the stairs through the reception, put in a code to then get access to the changing rooms and toilets.

Hotel it's self was really nice

Were room was very outdated , and there was no heating, as the radiators were turned off, didn't realise this untill around 1 in the morning....

Told could. Not see the pool. Bed was rubbish coffee machine did not work
