The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. I can't comment on the restaurant as we ate out but overall we enjoyed our stay and its an excellent location for Ilkley and the area.

We had a deluxe room which was huge. Superking bed,refurbished bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower. For the price and location, we thought it was excellent value.

Beautiful Victorian Hotel in lovely area. Close proximity to moors and also town centre. Dining menu excellent and really enjoyed food. Very good breakfast. Bedroom very spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel. Staff lovely. Room clean and comfortable. Very little staff, so they were multi-tasking, so I had to wait for a while for service at the bar for food and drink as it was the receptionist serving here too. Breakfast was lovely. Its a great location for both town and walks.

Good hotel at a reasonable price. Room was big. clean and comfortable bed although pillows could have been better. Excellent breakfast. Pity the view wasn’t better

Couldn't ask for more. Nit-picking? The only thing missing is a bus stop just outside the hotel to take us into town and avoid the ridiculous parking charges JM
