"Decent 4 star level room for a good price in a great location"

Room was spacious, modern, great amenities. A decent 4star hotel room level. Would definitely stay again given quality, location and price.

Didn’t enjoy being down a narrow staircase at the end of the basement corridor, felt unsafe from a fire safety point of view. No other exit, only inaccessible ceiling window. Bathroom was really cold, would benefit from underfloor heating. Other rooms in the building probably better.

Great location, helpful staff with video guides sent via email and Easy check in/out

We started in Room 4 but had to move due to a rattling window (caused by rooftop unit) led to a very poor night's sleep. They moved us to a different room after the first night. Hopefully they are able to fix the issue soon so it doesn't impact others. Clearly a well loved property. One constructive criticism would be could a button or guide be added on how to switch the air con off?

How beautiful the room is and close to where I needed to be

Loud people coming in and out of the building, slamming doors, and shouting at early hours of the morning. As I was right by the front door. Fire alarm kept going off all night

Abbiamo soggiornato presso GuestReady - The Fitzroy e l’esperienza è stata eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. L’appartamento era esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio: pulito, curato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La stanza era comoda e accogliente, con un riscaldamento ottimo (fondamentale a Londra!) che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è davvero strategica: a pochi passi dal centro e a 2 min a piedi dalla metro, comodissima per raggiungere qualsiasi zona della città. Il check-in con codice è stato semplicissimo e super pratico, senza stress e senza attese. Comunicazione chiara e organizzazione impeccabile. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei sicuramente!

Abbiamo perso solo qualche minuto in più per inserire il codice porta per accedere all'edificio dove all'interno c'era l'appartamento. Per il resto niente da segnalare.
