"Exceptional"

The staff are really fantastic, working in hospitality is not always easy but they are all smiling, helpful and really friendly..well done, thats no mean feat! The rooms are all gorgeously decorated, every little detail has been thought of. Our breakfast was delicious.

I can't think of anything I don't like about Greenbanks, we will always stay with you when visiting Falmouth.

"A lovely friendly hotel"

The reception area was clean and welcoming. The bedroom was spacious and clean.TV working. A variety of coffee, tea, and chocolate for drinking. Also, a bottle of water. The bathroom was huge. The dining room had a view of the sea. Staff is very friendly . Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent. I will come again and enjoyed it so much.

Over rated and over priced Fire doors located in passages left wedged open day and night Unable to open windows in our room as we were above extract vent from the main kitchen and the smell of rotten chip fat was terrible

"Nice but not exceptional"

Nice location, easy walk into town, slightly uphill on way back. Hotel is very nicely decorated, the staff are all friendly but professional. Nice to have the choice of the hotel restaurant or the "pub" for something more relaxed. Breakfast tasty, good selection. We only ate in the pub in the evening and the food was very nice and well presented.

We had a standard room and it needed some attention, for example the curtain was coming off the rail at one end, the net curtain was stained as was the bathroom blind. This didn't detract from our stay but it's noticeable. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom modern and clean with a good shower and nice double ended bath. We had minor issues at breakfast on 2 days, but these were quickly sorted out once mentioned to staff.

Great views and a wonderful place full of history. We really enjoyed dinners at the pub downstairs, cocktails in the bar and the breakfasts were excellent!

The beds weren’t as comfortable as I would like and our room was very hot and stuffy, but we had no window and only a door to the small balcony so we didn’t feel comfortable leaving it open while we slept.
