Hôtel de La Loire Ancenis – Restaurant Les Bateliers

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. Bike storage was good too. The breakfast was very good and good value.

The location is not great for cyclists (ok, not for possibly unfit cyclists…) being out of town. The restaurant was not open on a Sunday night, no taxis responded to requests to get a drive into town and it was difficult to get food delivered. This is simply a reality of life in a small rural community but clients need to know about such possibilities beforehand. Thankfully the staff were very helpful in facilitating us getting food delivered. Bravo to them. One other thing: the lack of proper curtains in our room meant that there really wasn’t any privacy or darkness. There are no windows that open and I think that it would be very hot and stuffy if you weren’t in an air conditioned room in the heat of summer.

Que l'adresse de l'établissement soit plus explicite "le Jarrier d'Ancenis" à Ancenis est insuffisant l'indication, à mon avis, de "Vair-sur-Loire' 44150 "le Jarrier d'Ancenis" comme sur la carte de visite de l'hôtel.
