"Slept well room was nice but left starving"

The Hotel was in a convenient location, clean and the staff were friendly

THE BREAKFAST, it was quite frankly the worst paid breakfast I’ve ever had in my life. We arrived at around 09:20 and there was simply nothing there. I had a black coffee as there was no milk and what was left of the muesli (in the smallest bowl ever) Luckily a McDonald’s was 50m away so we ate there. We didn’t mention this at the time as the staff were polite but an undercurrent of some kind of communication breakdown Hope this helps to fix the issue.

Le restaurant super personnel gentil (notre serveuse agréable beaucoup d’humour) petit déjeuner très bien mais tout cela est indépendant de l’hôtel mais notre chambre très bien

Le comportement inhospitalier de la réceptionniste. Alors que je lui demandais une facture pour mes notes de frais, elle m'a expliqué que cela n'était pas du tout utile car le prix fixé par booking n'est pas le même que celui de l'hôtel. J'avais beau lui dire que le prix était identique, elle me prenait pour un débile.
