L'hotel était très agréable avec un accueil très chaleureux. On nous ont donner meme donner une super grande chambre sans l'avoir demander car il n'y avait pas trop de monde a ce moment. Jolie endroit, bien placer pour des visites à Beaune ou d'autres endroits. On reviendra

Receptionst was very rude to me when we checked in. Disrespectful and totally shouldn't be working in customer service. Perhaps a short time in USA, UK or Spain would teach her how to do it properly. Stayed here plenty of times, first time I've been unhappy.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful, incredibly friendly and made myself, my husband, baby and dog feel very welcome and well looked after. The garden was a wonderful place for our dog to let off some steam (although note it’s not closed off so some good recall might be needed!) and the pool was a lovely area. Given some of the other reviews I was expecting the more to be a lot more dated but our junior suite was very spacious and comfortable and worked well for us. The food in the restaurant is wonderful but is very expensive and service is slow - we got the impression that the more you spent (e.g. most expensive set menu, wine pairing etc.) the more attention you were given by the waiting staff. A two night stay here with breakfast and our dog cost us €700 which seems very expensive - whilst it was a nice place with lovely staff the value for money doesn’t quite add up.

This hotel is very well located right in the heart of Burgundy, and ideally placed for exploration of the area. It is conveniently close to the motorway enabling easy access. We have stayed here before and the dinner, as always, is fantastic. The rooms do need Some upgrading and modernisation, but that is made up for by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff

The property is well located and not far from the vineyards. The rooms were in good shape. The outside needs a good cleaning and minor repairs The restaurant did a great job for our dinner

Given the reviews and costs this hotel completely failed to satisfy our reasonable expectations on a number of points. The bathroom had clearly been untouched for many years and the shower was positively dangerous both in entering and getting out due to both a step and a sliding door which meant you could only get in or out sideways. The room was generally grubby. We were not made aware that this hotel is on a main road that has constant traffic. The dining room was lovely and the staff were exceptional but the main courses were completely inedible. We informed the waiter that we were not happy with the food as with the receptionist the following morning when we came to pay our bill. No allowance was taken into consideration and the bill was charged the full amount. We do feel that we should not have been charged for the food.

Restaurant de bonne qualité, chambre spacieuse avec peignoirs mais pas de chaussons (surprenant pour un 4*) et poignée de la porte de la chambre 206 défectueuse.

Chambre spacieuse et agréable . Bravo au chef qui a ravi mesvpapilles en s'adaptant à mon allergie. Personnel tres agreable, souriantcet aux petits soins. Merci

Très joli établissement. Situé en bord de route nationale les chambres donnent sur l’arrière et il n’y a donc aucune nuisance ce qui est appréciable Seul bémol le petite déjeuner mal organisé et pas du tout à la hauteur (nous étions 8 à attendre que des tables se libèrent et une fois installé il manquait la moitié des produits)

Surclassement offert, chambre spacieuse, parking facile, literie +++. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant, ce n'est que partie remise.
