Hotel Inn Design Dijon

L'accueil est aimable et souriant. La chambre est spacieuse. Il y a du choix pour le petit déjeuner. Il y a toutefois plusieurs bémols. J'ai été confronté à une panne de chauffe-eau ce qui fait que je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude durant tout le séjour ce qui est tout de même gênant, même si j'ai été prévenu avant l'arrivée (le matin) par l'hôtelier. Il m'a proposé de me trouver un hébergement dans un autre établissement mais comme il ne pouvait pas me dire lequel, j'ai préféré conservé ma réservation. De plus, le réservoir à savon du lavabo est vide et il y a une odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain. L'environnement est un peu bruyant, il y a la voie ferrée qui passe juste derrière l'hôtel.

This Hotel is very good if you travel and stay over for one night. The beds are good and the bathroom is okay. The price concerning sleep over is good. The service of the personal is very good, better than the competition who are running this kind of hotels. The lady who was working at our arrival did very good her best to help us. At first she talked to us in french after a while she noticed our french was not that good, she switched over to English. A lovely lady who understands her work and knows what hospitality is.

Deux chambres familiales bien agréables pour une nuit passée dans cet hôtel

La réceptionniste ne se donne pas la peine de répondre aux questions des clients. Elle reste évasive, comme si elle se foutait du monde. Micro onde sur une chaise limite...,et les bruits des chambres à côté une horreur. Petit déjeuner bien. Les chambres pour 2 nuits même pas le lit refait comme il faut une honte. Voilà les commentaires

Stayed here for one night en route north. Budget hotel so was fully expecting basic accommodation However I was not expecting rooms to be a furnace with no air conditioning, or even a simple fan. We were given rooms on the ground floor. The windows were left open prior to our arrival, presumably to cool them down, however this had no effect. The rooms were like furnaces and we had to choose whether to leave the windows open and risk our safety (business park on outskirts of city, near rail tracks) or close them and not breathe. Chose former and placed chair in front of window as rudimentary obstacle/warning system. Slept on floor all night as mattress too hot to sleep on. Could not complain to anyone as reception unmanned after 9 pm. Learned following day that I could have called receptionist in an emergency, however she would not have been able to offer a solution. Receptionist I spoke to in morning was kind and understanding but had no real power to help us in our predicament or offer refunds Breakfast was minimal and overpriced for what was available. Honestly, avoid unless absolutely no other option
