"Tolle Lage für Ausflüge ins Freiändereck!"

Gute Lage im Dreiländereck, schönes Schwimmbad, gute Zimmer.

Personal hätte freundlicher sein können. Das Abendessen im dazugehörigen Lokal war überteuert (klingt alles toll, aber richtig gut ist es nicht).

Très bonne table avec des prix tout à fait raisonnable malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu apprécier la piscine et le spa arrivée trop tardive et fatigué du voyage.

Le seul bemol la chambre un peu petite mais avec une petite terrasse fleurie.

L'hôtel avec piscine Spa sauna hammam top quoique piscine un peu froide . L'équipe de L'hôtel etait tres sympathique à tous les niveaux ; entrée , service' entretien, cuisine.... Les chambres étaient propres.

Nous avons été dans une chambre qui sentait les égouts. Le lendemain j'ai demandé à changer de chambre et nous avons eu une chambre non plus avec douche mais baignoire beaucoup moi s pratique et la chambre etait plus petite . Ce qui m'a dérangé c'est que le problème était connu puisque le réceptionniste nous a dit qu ils cherchent d'où cela peut venir . Quand on connaît un tel souci vraiment très désagréable on ne met pas de clients dans cette chambre jusqu'à ce que le problème soit résolu même si le propriétaire perd de l'argent. Le client ne paie pas un hôtel 4 étoiles ou moins pour sentir ça. Malgré ce souci l'hôtel etait très bien . Le buffet petit déjeuner parfait , varié. De tout pour tous les goûts.
