Hotel Beaucour

Location is great, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and only a short walk to Petit France and the Cathedral

I booked this hotel as part of a nine day road trip around Europe for my wife's 40th, we stayed in 6 different properties including a Relais in Menaggio on Lake Como. This was the most expensive of them all and the least impressive. From looking again at the photos in the description, I think unfortunately we had the worst of the suites available, the bathroom especially was very underwhelming. We were told that we were in the old part of the hotel and rooms here are show that. The room we had is definitely not 4 star and not worth an 8.9 rating. Other rooms in the hotel may warrant that but not this one!

Excellent location and very helpful staff. The room was a good size and well equipped. The public car park opposite was very convenient.

The only criticism we had was the lack of WiFi signal. It existed, but kept dropping out.

Sehr viel Platz im Zimmer. Klimaanlage hat das geleistet was sie versprochen hat. Whirlpool im Bad war ein Highlight für die Kinder. Die Dame die das Frühstück organisiert hat, war sehr freundlich und überaus effizient. Personal grundsätzlich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Lage.

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal. Un acierto el disponer de agua fresca, café y cerveza gratis en recepción o en la terraza exterior. Tuvimos un pequeño problema sanitario y pusieron a nuestra disposición un pequeño botiquín muy completo que nos facilito la incidencia. El personal muy atento y siempre dispuesto a dar respuesta a nuestras demandas. Una magnífica experiencia.

Se podría mejorar la variedad del desayuno.

Sehr gute Lage. Freundliches Personal. Sauberes, großes Zimmer.
